In collaboration with Mr. Tom Roberts, Editor At Large for the National Catholic Reporter and author of Joan Chittister: Her journey from certainty to faith, the Stuart Center is pleased to present a talk by Joan Chittister:

The God They Never Told Me About
Saturday, June 4, 2016
Chapel Hall at the Stuart Center

Sister Joan shares her own faith journey and challenges models of God that diminish the human person. She presents different ideas of God and concludes, “God grew as I did.” Five sources from which she draws on for her own concept of God are: spiritual tradition, personal experience, science, globalism, feminism. The Rule of Benedict and other mystics also contribute to her reflections.
