Meditation: A Pathway for Difficult Times

You are invited to join an on-line community for five weeks of instruction, practice and support followed by a 21-day challenge to enhance or build your meditation practice. In these times when we are each holding challenges, tensions and polarizations, this course offers concrete skills and supportive practice for using meditation as a means to navigate the uncharted waters of this present moment. Joining with others in a community of hope, our presenter will teach new skills as we create a community to meditate, support and encourage what is emerging through and in each of our lives.
