Your guidance in our Strategic Planning Process has helped us to focus on Board Enhancement knowing how critical strong stewards of the organization are ensuring the right processes, support systems and ongoing education opportunities are in place to be a high functioning board.  We now have a board orientation approach, a board evaluation process, agreed upon best practices, board member recruitment strategy, and an annual board retreat.
