In consultation with the leaders of Divine Compassion ministries, Imma De Stefanis and Reyna Gonzalez developed Board of Trustee programs and led effective Board retreats. With great expertise, Imma educated trustees in ways to enhance their effectiveness and pass on the charism of the institutions. Trustees found the programs to be practical and motivating, with outcomes clear evidence of their deepened understanding and commitment to wise leadership. The overall response of the larger community to board development was pride and hope for innovative and productive leadership.
