Margaret Perrone, RJM President, Religious of Jesus & Mary

The Office of Educational Initiatives and Leadership provided invaluable assistance to the Religious of Jesus and Mary in its overall Strategic Planning Process and the evaluation process for several of our ministries. Throughout the entire process, they worked collaboratively and effectively with the grass roots stakeholders and the leadership of the province as well as each of the ministries. As a result of working with the Stuart Center, the RJMs are better positioned to identify energy and risk factors as we move forward to create programs that are sustainable into the future.
