The Office of Educational Initiatives and Leadership (SHERPA) provided invaluable assistance to the Religious of Jesus and Mary in the evaluation process for several of our ministries including twp schools, and our lay volunteer program, They provided a process that grounded assessment and future planning in the reality of objective data, while ensuring decision-making, always focused on mission. Throughout the entire process, they worked collaboratively and effectively with the grass roots stakeholders and the leadership of the province as well as each of the ministries.
