From time-to-time it helps to have someone knowledgeable and objective work with your staff, especially during moments of crisis, transition or the small discords that disrupt the work environment. We facilitate staff retreats; planning days; sessions on the Myers-Briggs as a tool for building strong(er) teams; as well as a broad range of professional development areas. Many organizations work with grassroots communities from the standpoint of an empowerment model. Collaboration and empowerment are the cornerstones of our work with non-profit organizations, particularly grassroots organizations. We are happy to offer a variety of leadership programs to people ages 18-35 applying a methodology which we developed and which has been implemented in over four countries so far, including the US. Programs can be offered on-site at your high school or university or your students may participate in an international program as well.
